About Us
This project was created with one simple belief at its core. Growing up is confusing, emotional, and often lonely, especially when it feels like no one is talking honestly about it.
So much of girlhood is shaped by quiet questions about our bodies, our emotions, and who we are becoming. Yet many of those questions go unanswered, or are brushed off as something we will figure out later. We wanted to create a space where those conversations could exist openly, gently, and without judgment.
Our Story

The idea for this project came from the kind of advice passed down through family. Advice shared in everyday moments, not lectures. Advice about body changes, emotions, confidence, and the reassurance that nothing was wrong with feeling unsure.

One of our founders was inspired by the guidance she received from her older sister Kate and her mom. Through their honesty and support, she learned that growing up is not about having everything figured out, but about understanding yourself with patience and care. That kind of older sister advice became something she returned to again and again.
We realized that not everyone has access to those conversations. And even when you do, it still helps to hear them again.
This project exists to share that same sense of reassurance more widely through real stories, science backed information, and community support.

Why We Created This Space

We wanted to create a place where teenage girls can feel seen and understood. A place where body image struggles, hormonal changes, and mental health challenges are talked about honestly. A place where people can share anonymously, read others’ experiences, and realize they are not alone in what they are feeling.
This is not a space for perfection or comparison. It is a space for growth, learning, and connection.

We are a group of students who care deeply about mental health, body image, and creating safer spaces for girls to talk about growing up. Each of us brings our own experiences, perspectives, and reasons for being part of this project, but we are united by the same goal.

We want this platform to feel like older sister advice you can come back to. Gentle reminders. Honest conversations. Support that feels human.

A Final Thought

You do not need to have everything figured out to belong here. Growing up happens in phases, and every version of you matters.

If this space feels like something you needed, we are really glad you found it :)
